Heating oil in a large skillet, we use flour, seasoning, salt, pepper, and other ingredients to flavor our pork. As the oil heats up, we carefully dip the meat directly into the oil for a quick sear around the pork chop. We like to keep our fried pork tender and hot, so once it's done, we serve it right onto the plate!
